hCG Günü Serum Estradiol ve Progesteron Değerleri, Antagonist Protokollü IVF-ICSI Sikluslarında Tedavi Başarısını Etkiler mi?

Amaç: GnRH antagonist protokollü IVF-ICSI sikluslarında hCG günü çalışılan serum estradiol ve progesteron değerlerinin tedavi sürecini, implantasyon ve klinik gebelik oranlarını nasıl etkilediğini araştırmak amaçlandı. Yöntemler: İkinci basamak bir merkezde, 2019-2020 yılları arasında kontrollü ovaryan stimülasyon (KOS) sonrası ICSI tedavisi uygulanan IVF-embriyo transferi (ET) siklusu yapılan hastalar retrospektif olarak tarandı.
