Langerhans hücre histiositozisi; frontal sinüs tutulumu olan bir olgu

Langerhans hücre histiositozisi (LHH), dokularda monoklonal histiositik hücre infiltrasyonu ile karakterize bir hastalıklar grubudur. Temel patolojiden dendritik langerhans hücrelerinin sorumlu olması nedeniyle, Langerhans hücre histiositozisi olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Burada izole frontal sinüs lezyonu nedeniyle tetkik edilirken LHH tanısı alan bir olgu sunulmuştur.

Langerhans cell histiocytosis; a case with frontal sinus involvement

LCH is a disease group characterized by the monoclonal histiocytic cell infiltration in tissues. Dendritic langerhans cells are responsible from the essential pathology in this entity and for this reason LCH term is used. Here we presented a case with isolated sinus lesion associated with LCH..
