Lakrimal glandda primer tümör izlenimi veren renal hücreli karsinoma metastazı ( Olgu sunumu )

Sol gözde asiner hücreli karsinoma tanısıyla radyoterapi alan hastanın biyopsi materyalinin tekrar incelenmesinde metastatik karsinoma olasılığı düşünülmüş ve ayrıntılı araştırmalarda sağ böbrekte kitle ve akciğerde metastatik odak saptanmıştır. Nefrektomi sonrası renal hücreli karsinoma tanısı alan bu olgu nedeniyle renal hücreli karsinomanın seyrek görülen orbita metastazı olasılığı incelenmiştir.

The renal cell carcinoma which like primary tumor of lacrimal gland ( case report )

During the re-examination of the biopsy of the patient who had been diagnosed as acinary cell carcinoma in his left eye and had undergone radiotherapy, the possibility of metastatic carcinoma was anticipated and with the advanced analysis a mass in right kidney and a metastatic lesion in lung were encountered. Because this case was diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma after the nephrectomy, the possibility of orbital metastasis seen rarely with such tumors, was investigated.
