Kağıt endüstrisinden kaynaklanan gerçek atıksuların mezofilik anaerobik arıtımı

Bu çalışmada atık kağıttan kağıt üretimi yapan bir fabrikanın atıksularının anaerobik yukarı akışlı filtrede mezofilik (35 °C) sıcak modunda arıtımı çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen deneysel sonuçlara, organik yükleme hızını temel parametre olarak kabul eden modifiye edilmiş Stover-Kincannon Kinetik Modeli uygulanarak $U_{max}$ ve $K_B$ gibi kinetik sabitler elde edilmiştir.Yapılan çalışmada $U_{max}$ ve $K_B$, sırasıyla 50.25 g/L.gün ve 60.1 g/L.gün bulunmuştur. Reaktörün KOİ giderme verimi %70-85 arasında değişmiş ve artan organik yükle azalmıştır.Ayrıca reaktör performansını izlemek için AKM, $NH_4^+$ , Alkalinite, pH gibi parametreler günlük olarak takip edilmiştir.

Anaerobic mesophlic treatment of real wastewater generated from papermill industry

In this study, treatment of real papermill wastewater has been investigated using an upflow anaerobic filter operated at mesophilic (35 °C) temperature mode. Various organic loads applied to the reactor. Data obtained from experimental work has been applied to modified Stover-Kincannon kinetic model in order to obtain $U_{max}$ and $K_B$ constants. It was found that $U_{max}$ 50.25g/L.day and $K_B$ 60.1g/lday. In addition to there various parameters like TSS, $NH_4$-N, alkalinity and pH have also been checked on a regular basis. It was also found that COD removal efficiency varied between 70% and 85% and decreasing with an increasing organic loading rate.
