Yenidoğan Döneminde Adrenal Hemorajik Kist

Adrenal kistler ender görülen ve genellikle insidental olarak saptanan lezyonlardır. İnsidansı % 0.06-0.18 olarak bildirilmiştir. Adrenal kistler, tüm yaş gruplarında görülebilmekledir; çocukluk ve yenidoğan döneminde ise çok daha ender rastlanmaktadır. Burada antenatal dönemde batın içi kitle nedeniyle takip edilen yenidoğan dönemindeki hemorajik adrenal kist vakasu sunulacaktır.

Adrenal Hemorrhagic Cyst in the Neonatal Period

Adrenal cysts are rare and mostly seen as incidental lesions. The incidence is reported to be 0.06 to 0.18%. Although adrenal cysts have been observed in all age groups,they are very rarely seen in the neonatal period and childhood. A case of a hemorrhagic adrenal cyst in a newbon who was monitored during its antenatal period because of an intraabdominal mass.
