Bilateral Adrenal Hemorrhage Associated with Severe Unconjugated Hyperbilirubinemia in a Term Neonate

Adrenal hemorrhage in newborns is a relatively rare clini- cal problem. The risk factors for adrenal hemorrhage are LGA infants, asphyxia, sepsis, and hemorrhagic disease. Its clinical findings are abdominal mass, anemia due to blood loss, and unexplained jaundice. In this report, we present a term neonatal case with bilateral adrenal hemorrhage and severe unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia who required long-term intense phototherapy
