Primer parotis tüberkülozu: Vaka sunumu
Tüberküloz tedavi edilebilen ve önlebilen bir hastalık olmasına rağmen, Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde halen önemli bir morbidite ve mortalite nedeni olup, değişik klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları olabilmektedir. Ekstrapulmoner yerleşimli tüberküloz vakaları ayırıcı tanıda karşı laşılan zorluklar nedeni ile önemli bir klinik sorun yaratmaktadır. Bu vaka sunumu ile çok ender görülen primer parotis tüberkülozuna ve tüberkülozun farklı prezantasyonlarına dikkat çekmek ve ayırıcı tanıda düşünülmesi gerektiğini vurgulamak amaçlandı.
Primary parotis tuberculosis: A case report
In developing countries as Turkey, tuberculosis is still an important problem with high morbidity and mortality rates; although prevention and treatment of the disease can be possible. Tuberculosis presents with different clinical and laboratory findings. Extra pulmonary tuberculosis is an important clinical problem because of difficulties in diagnosis. The aim of this report is to emphasize parotid gland tuberculosis that is an uncommon form and different presentations of tuberculosis.
