Dede Korkut book is one of the memories that carries the oral and written cultural codes of Turkish life. This work, which will keep the identity and memory of generations alive, is a guide in determining the future and the way. Tribes living with their variants in Azerbaijan and other Turkish areas also live in different regions in our country as a variant. Bamsı Beyrek is one of the Dede Korkut tribes with the most variations in Anatolia. The Bursa/İnegöl Variant of the Bamsı Beyrek Clan in this study, Bey Böyrek and Akkavak Daughter, was compiled from the village of Kayapınar, formerly known as Gelene. The aim of the study is to contribute to the continuity of oral culture and to Turkish culture through Dede Korkut by contributing to the survival of Dede Korkut stories, which continue to live with their variants. For this purpose, the compilation was examined with the data of Oral Composition theory and Performance theory.
