Türkiye’de Kurumsal Teori Alanında Çalışan Akademisyenlerin Küçük Dünya Varsayımı

Öz Bu makalede yönetim bilimleri alanında kurumsal teori çalışan akademisyenlerin çalıştıkları kurumlar, doktora derecelerini aldıkları üniversiteler ve beraber yayın yaptıkları kişiler göz önünde bulundurularak ilişki bağları derecelendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel sorusu Türkiye’de yönetim- organizasyon ve yönetim bilimleri alanlarında kurumsal teori konusunda çalışan ve en çok yayın yapan akademisyenlerin aralarında bir ağ düzeneği olup olmadığı ve varsa bu ağın “küçük dünya “ varsayımı ile örtüşüp örtüşmediğidir. Farklı denemeler ve özel hesaplamalar “küçük dünya fenomeni”ni zamanla akademik bir fenomene dönüştürmüştür. Elde edilen bulgulara göre Türkiye’de yönetim bilimleri alanında çalışan akademisyenler arasında “küçük dünya ”varsayımını destekleyici nitelikte bir ağ düzeneği bulunmuştur.
