Türkiye'de İstihdamda Aracı Şirketlerin Pratikleri ve İşbirlikleri

Bu makalenin amacı özel istihdam büroları olarak bilinen istihdamda aracı şirketlerin Türkiye'deki resmini çizmektir. Makalede istihdamda aracı şirketlerin hangi bağlamda ortaya çıktığı, ne tür faaliyetlerle hizmet verdikleri, işbirliği geliştirdikleri kurumlarla ilişkileri ve emek piyasasında nasıl bir role sahip oldukları sorularına cevap aranacaktır. Sonuç olarak aracı şirketlerin profesyonelleri ve girişimcileriyle yürütülen mülakatlara dayanarak gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, istihdamda özel aracılık faaliyetlerinin dinamikleri ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılacaktır.

Practices and Collaborations of Mediator Companies in Employment in Turkey

The purpose of this article is to draw a picture of the companies operating as labour mediators known as private employment agencies in Turkey. In the article, the context will be scrutinized in which the mediators emerged. The relations of mediators with other organizations and the importance of their role in the labour market will be focused. The goal is to reveal the dynamics of the labour market mediators' practices. The research is based on in-depth interviews with the recruitment specialists and entrepreneurs of mediator companies.
