AN INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY FOR QUALITY IN HEALTHCARE BEYOND TURKEY: THREE COUNTRY REVIEW

One of the main rights of the people is regarded as the equality in access to health services and itsassurance. This study aims to examine the health care quality practices and cooperation potentials of the threecountries , The Republic of North Macedonia, The Republic of Kosovo and Azerbaijan, within the framework ofTÜSKA's international cooperation potential. The countries' potential for cooperation with Turkey reviewed bylooking the overall structure of these countries, health systems, applications and quality are attempted to beaddressed by examining future strategies. In addition to the basic factors such as cultural and historical relations,all three countries examined offer important cooperation opportunities in terms of the general structure of healthsystems and the countries' quality and accreditation objectives.

TÜRKİYE'NİN ÖTESİNDE SAĞLIKTA KALİTE İÇİN ULUSLARARASI BİR STRATEJİ: ÜÇ ÜLKE DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

İnsanların temel haklarından biri sağlık hizmetlerine erişimde güvence ve eşitlik olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu çalışma, TÜSKA'nın uluslararası işbirliği potansiyeli çerçevesinde üç ülkenin, Kuzey Makedonya Cumhuriyeti, Kosova Cumhuriyeti ve Azerbaycan'ın sağlık hizmetleri kalite uygulamalarını ve işbirliği potansiyellerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ülkelerin Türkiye ile işbirliği potansiyeli, bu ülkelerin genel yapısına bakılarak gözden geçirilmiş, sağlık sistemleri, kalite uygulamaları ve gelecek stratejileri incelenerek ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. İncelenen her üç ülke de kültürel ve tarihi ilişkiler gibi temel faktörlerin yanı sıra sağlık sistemlerinin genel yapısı, ve ülkelerin kalite ve akreditasyon hedefleri açısından önemli iş birliği fırsatları sunmaktadır.
