Triple Divided Concha Bullosa: A Rare Anatomic Variation

Concha bullosa (CB) is one of the most seen anatomic variations in lateral nasal wall. CT can easilydiagnosis such nasal and paranasal anatomic abnormalities. There is only one case reported abouttriple divided CB before. We report the second triple septated CB. It is usually asymptomaticbut sometimes it causes nasal obstruction and headache. In such cases it must be treated withendoscopic sinus surgery.
