TÜKRÜK BEZİNİN NADİR BİR TÜMÖRÜ: DUMB-BELL PLEOMORFİK ADENOM

Pleomorfik adenom parotis bezinde en sık görülen bening tümördür. Ayrıca minör tükrükbezlerinden de köken alabilir. Pleomorfik adenomlar boyunda herhangi bir lokalizasyon - da görülebilir ve nadiren parafaringeal boşluğa doğru stilomandibüler ligament ile ramusmandibulanın posterioruna doğru uzanırlar ve bu durumda dumb-bell pleomorfik ade - nom olarak adlandırılırlar. Literatürde önceden bildirilmiş olmasına rağmen oldukça nadirgörüldüğünden burada dubm-bell pleomorfik adenom olgusunu sunmak istedik.

A rare tumor of the salivary glands: Dumb-bell Pleomorfik Adenoma

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign tumor of parotid gland and it can beoriginated from minor salivary glands, also. It can present in any location of neck butrarely, the mass extends from posterior part of ramus mandibula through stylomandibularligament towards the parapharyngeal space and called as dumb-bell pleomorphicadenoma. Although it has been reported in literature before, as it is rarely seen; herein,we aimed to report a case with dumb-bell pleomorphic adenoma.
