Relationship Between Obstructive Sleep Apne Syndrome and Urological Diseases

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a common clinical syndrome in the community and is often associated with chronic diseases. The formation of OSAS and common urological diseases with similar etiopathogenesis increases the coexistence of OSAS and urological diseases. Treatment of OSAS patients has been shown to reduce symptoms such as nocturia and erectile dysfunction. In this review, it was aimed to evaluate the association of OSAS and common urological diseases by reviewing the literature.
