AKUT SUBDURAL HEMATOM CERRAHİSİ SONRASI POSTOPERATİF KONTRALATERAL EPİDURAL HEMATOM VE İPSİLATERAL İNTRASEREBRAL HEMATOM

Kraniotomi sonrası uzak bir alanda intrakranial hemoraji gelişmesi nadir bir durumdur. Literatür ta- randığında yaklaşık 40 adet lezyonun zıt tarafında gelişen epidural hematom vakası bulundu, fakatoperasyon sahasına komşu intraserebral hematom ile birlikte olan vaka görülmedi. Postoperatifaltıncı günde subdural hematom ile aynı tarafta temporoparietal intraserebral hematom gelişti.İntraserebral hematom konservatif olarak takip edildi. Biz bu sunuda; subdural hematom boşaltılması sonrası karşı tarafta gelişen epidural hematoma cerrahi yaptığımız, takiplerde ipsilateralintraserebral hematom gelişen vakamızı sunduk.

Postoperative Contralateral Acute Epidural Hematoma and Ipsilateral Intracerebral Hematoma Following Acute Subdural Hematoma Surgery

Development of intracranial hemorrhage in a remote area after craniotomy is a rare condition.The current literature findings on 40 cases of epidural hematoma were developed in the oppositeside of the lesion, but there was no finding on any case presenting intracerebral hematoma nearthe operated area. In our case, on the sixth postoperative day, we observed temporoparietalsubdural hematoma and intracerebral hematoma on the same side. Intracerebral hematoma wastreated conservatively. In this case, we presented a case of an ipsilateral intracerebral hematomathat developed in the follow up after epidural hematoma drain surgery on the opposite side ofthe subdural hematoma.
