Dolayısiyle gayesi ne olursa olsun, sermaye miktarı hangi rakamı gösterirse göstersin İdarecilik San'at ve felsefesinin modern anlamım hazmederaemiş kişilerin idaresindeki işletmelerin başarılı olmasına imkân yoktur.

The main purpose is output and profit in all operations. The relations between the purpose and the capital are elements, that give this result. Every operation has definite structure, whatever the operation area is. From this viewpoint the relation between the purpose an the capital is limited within the success that will be provided from manpower. Whatever the purpose and the amount of investment are, it it impossible that the operations which are directed by managers, who don't know the meaning and phisolophy of modern management.
