SPORCULARIN KİŞİSEL HİJYEN ALIŞKANLIKLARININ VE ÖZBAKIM UYGULAMALARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

Araştırma güreş ve halter sporu ile uğraşan sporcuların sağlıklarını korumalarına yönelik edindikleri, kişisel hijyen alışkanlıkları ile öz bakım uygulamalarını ve çalışma ortamlarının temizliğine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olup, evrenini Türkiye’nin yedi coğrafi bölgesinde bulunan güreş ve halter spor dallarıyla uğraşan sporcular oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu ise rastgele random örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 149 güreşci ve 141 halterci olmak üzere toplam 290 sporcu oluşturmuştur. Veriler sporculardan yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Anket kişisel bilgilere ait altı soru ile kişisel hijyen alışkanlıklarına ve özbakım uygulamalarına ait 18 soru olmak üzere toplam 24 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Anketin kapsam geçerliliği ve güvenirliği test edilmiştir. Cronbach’s güvenirlik katsayısı 0,69 bulunmuştur. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında kodlandıktan sonra istatistik olarak frekans f , yüzde % , çapraz tablo Croostab , farklılıkları test etmek içinde ki-kare X2 işlemleri uygulanmıştır. İşlem sonucunda her soru için % dağılımları ve görüşler arası farklılıkları tespit için % 95 güven aralığında değerlendirilip P

INVESTIGATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL HYGIENE ROUTINE AND SELF CARE METHODS OF SPORTSMEN

The aim of this research is to define the opinions of sportsmen, who are interested inwrestling and weight lifting, concerning the individual hygiene routine and self-care methods and thecleanness of the places in which they are practising.The type of the research is descriptive and cross-sectional and the population of theresearch is composed of sportsmen who are interested in wrestling and weight lifting in 7 regions ofTurkey. The sample group of the research is composed of 290 sportsmen 149 wrestler and 141 weightlifters who are selected with random sampling method and who accepted to take part in the research..The data of the research has been obtained by face-to-face questionnaire method. The questionnaireis composed of 24 questions 6 of which are to obtain individual information and 18 of which are toobtain information about their individual hygiene routine and self-care methods. The comprehensibilityand content validity of the questionnaire has been tested. The Cronbach’s reliability coefficient hasbeen found out as 0,69The data obtained were computerized and then put through statistic operation.
