Travmatik Torakoabdominal Aort Diseksiyonunun Eş Zamanlı Tevar ve Evar İle Endovasküler Tedavisi: Olgu Sunumu
Künt travmaya bağlı aort yaralanmaları %50-%60 mortalite ile seyreden acil klinik durumlardır. Bu yaralanmalardan aortadaki akselerasyon ve deselerasyon mekanizmaları sorumlu olup bu hastalarda endovasküler tedavi, açık cerrahiye bir alternatiftir. Bu çalışmamızda künt travma sonrası tip 3 aort diseksiyonu gelişen bir olgunun endovasküler yöntem ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilebileceğini sunmayı amaçladık.
Endovascular Treatment of Traumatic Thoracoabdominal Aortic Dissection With Simultaneous Tevar and Evar: Case Report
Aortic injuries due to blunt trauma are emergency clinical conditions with 50% -60% mortality. Aortic acceleration and deceleration mechanisms are responsible for these injuries, and endovascular treatment is an alternative to open surgery. In this study, we aimed to prove that a case with type 3 aortic dissection after blunt trauma can be successfully treated with endovascular method.
