Ekonomik Büyümeye Katkı Hesaplamaları

Gayri safi yurtiçi hasıladaki (GSYH) değişim ile ifade edilen ekonomik büyümenin doğru bir şekilde analiz edilebilmesi için, üretim ve harcama bileşenlerinin söz konusu büyümeye ne kadar katkı yaptığının anlaşılması oldukça önemlidir. 2017 yılı Ocak ayında Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu, ulusal hesaplar sisteminde yöntem değişikliğine giderek dönemsel ve yıllık hesaplarda zincirlenmiş hacim endeksi hesabına geçmiştir. Zincirlenmiş hacim endeksi hesabına geçilmesiyle oluşan en önemli farklılık GSYH alt bileşenlerinin zincirlenmiş hacim büyüklüklerinin toplamının, toplam GSYH'nınzincirlenmiş hacim büyüklüğüne eşit olmamasıdır. Bu durumda ise katkı analizinin klasik yöntemle yapılması doğru sonuçlar vermeyebilir. Bu çalışma, ekonomik büyümeye katkı analizi hesaplamayöntemlerini detaylı bir şekilde sunarak iktisadi birimlerin GSYH büyüme gelişmelerini daha sağlıklı analiz etmesine katkıda bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Calculation of Contributions to Economic Growth

It is important to understand how much the production and expenditure components contribute to growth, so that the economic growth expressed by the change in gross domestic product (GDP) can be properly analyzed. In January of 2017, the Turkish Statistical Institute moved to a method change in the system of national accounts and transferred it to the volume index calculation which is chained in quarterly and annual accounts. The most significant difference occurred by passing the chain volume index calculation is that the sum of the chain volume quantities of the GDP subcomponents does not equal the chained volume size of the total GDP. In this case, doing the contribution analysis with the classical method may not give correct results. This study aims to provide a more detailed analysis of the economic growth contribution analysis methods to contribute to a more healthy analysis of GDP growth developments by economic units.
