Her toplumun kendine ait kültürü, örf ve âdetleri vardır. Bazı kültür ögeleri ise hemen her toplumda karşımıza çıkan ortak değerlerdir. Kültürler arası ortak yönlerden biri de insanlık adına yapılan iyi işler, ülke insanlarına yapılan hizmettir. Bu hizmetlerin en büyüğü de o ülkenin çok ihtiyacı olduğu dönemde ve en zor şartlar altında, beklentisiz olarak yapılanlardır. Hayatını o ülke insanlarına adamaktır. Makbule Fatma Hanım da kendisine ihtiyacın en çok olduğu bir dönemde, genç yaşta Arnavutluk’a gelmiş, en zor  şartlar altında, ölünceye kadar ikinci vatan edindiği bu ülke insanlarına hizmet etmiştir. Bu çalışmada yaptığı hizmetlerle iki ülke insanları arasında kültür köprüsü vazifesi görmüş; gelecek nesillere örnek bir hayat bırakmış  olan, bir adanmışlık örneği Makbule Fatma Hanım’ın hayatı incelenecektir.

Every society has its own culture and customs. Some of the elements of the culture and  shared  values  which  appear  in  every  society.  One  of  the  common  aspects  of intercultural  good  deeds  in  the  name  of  humanity,  service  to  the  people  of  the country. The most important one of these services is to be dedicated to the lives of the people of that country, as well as the country needs a lot of time and under the most difficult circumstances. Fatma, the most appreciated at a time when you need it, come to Albania at a young age in the most difficult circumstances, has served the people  of  this  country  until  her  death  in  her  second  homeland.  In  this  study,  has acted as a cultural bridge between the peoples of the two countries her services; life left an example for future generations, which is an example of a devotional Makbule Fatmaʹs life will be examined.
