Pandemi sürecinin posta pulları üzerinden değerlendirilmesi

Çalışmanın amacı, pandemi sürecine ait temel bilgileri düşünsel boyuta indirgeyerek, filateli biliminin sektörel bileşenleri açısından anlamlandırmaya çalışmaktır. Araştırma kapsamında, pulun tanımı yapılarak; ortaya çıkışı, önemi, işlevleri, iletişim özellikleri ve nitelikleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca pandemi sürecine görsellik atfeden çalışmada; Covid-19 kavramı ile düşünsel boyut ilişkisi, filateli biliminin sektörel yeterliliği, farklı uluslara ait filateli nesneleri, ilginç tasarım örnekleri ve sürece dair yaklaşımlar konusunda çıkarımda bulunularak Covid-19 kavramına, sosyal bilimler açısından yeni bir yorum kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda filateli alanına ve Covid-19 salgınına ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Evaluation of the pandemic process through postage stamps

The aim of the study is to try to make sense of the sectoral components of philately science by reducing the basic information of the pandemic process to an intellectual dimension. Within the scope of the research, by defining the stamp, information about its emergence, importance, functions, communication features, and qualities are provided. Besides, in the study that attributes visuality to the pandemic process, it was attempted to suggest a new interpretation of the concept of Covid-19 in terms of social sciences by making inferences about the relationship between the concept of Covid-19 and its intellectual dimension, the sectoral competence of philately science, philately objects from different nations, interesting design examples, and approaches to the process. As a result of the research, suggestions were made regarding the field of philately and the Covid-19 epidemic.
