Eğitimin tüm aşamasında kullanılan ders kitaplarının hazırlanırken müfredat programları çerçevesinde, eğitim ve öğretimi etkili kılacak şekilde hazırlanması ön şarttır. Kimya gibi fen dersleri de bu süreçte en etkin kullanılabilecek disiplinlerden biridir. Lise X. Sınıf Kimya II ders kitaplarından 6 farklı örnek seçilerek içerik, anlatım biçimi, öğrenci ilgi ve beklentilerine uygunluk düzeyi, görünüş-boyutlar yönüyle incelenmiştir. Kimya II ders kitaplarının aynı yönlerden değerlendirilmesi için anket soruları hazırlanmış ve bu sorular 50 kimya öğretmeni ile 100 Lise II. sınıf öğrencisine sorulmuş ve yanıtlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bu yanıtlarla saptadığımız sonuçlar, paralellik göstermektedir

All of the coursebooks which are used in the whole phases of education schould be written in a way of enabling education and training effective in accordance with curriculum. Chemistry and natural seciences courses are regarded as the disciplines which could be used in this process efficiently. Six different samples of the chemistry II coursebooks of 10th class in high school were examined according tho content, presentation, suitability levels of student interest and expectations, appearance-dimensions. In order to eval-vate chemistry II coursebooks from different views, 50 chemistry teachers together with 100 2nd class High School students were exposed to a questionnaire and the answers were evalvated. The answers reveal a parallel case with the determined results
