Silene otites (L.) Wibel/Sinekkıran (Caryophyllaceae) Türünün Anatomik Özellikleri

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de yayılış gösteren Silene otites türü anatomik olarak ilk kezincelenmiştir. Anatomik araştırmalar, parafin metodu ile yapılmıştır. Ek olarak, yaprakyüzeysel kesitleri el ile alınmıştır. Enine kesitlerin boyanması için safranin-fast greenkullanılmıştır. Gövdelerden alınan enine kesitlerde, klorenkima ve sklerenkima dokularınınsıra sayıları ve öz bölgesinin varlığı, yaprak enine kesitlerinde ise yaprak kesitlerinin şekli ilemezofil dokusunun tipinin önemli anatomik karakterler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Stomalar,mezomorfik olup, komşu epidermis hücrelerin sayısına göre diasitik tipte olduğugözlemlenmiştir.

In the current study, Silene otites, which grows in Turkey was investigated for the first time. The anatomical analysis have been carried out by paraffin method. In addition, the leaf transverse sections were taken by hand. The safranin-fast green was used to dye the crosssections. In stem cross-sections, the rows of chlorenchyma and sclerenchyma tissues and presence of pith region, also in leaf cross sections, the shape of leaf cross-sections and type of mesophyll tissue were determined as important anatomical characters. Stomata which are mesomorphic type were observed as diacytic type according to the number of neighbour epidermis cells.
