Oklüzo-Gingival Boyu Yetersiz Dişlere Yapılan Sabit Protezlerde Tutuculuğu Etkileyen Faktörler

Başarılı bir sabit protetik restorasyon yapabilmek için dayanak dişlerde yeterli tutuculuk sağlanmalıdır. Kuron boyu 2 mm.’den az olan dişlerde protetik tedavilerde restorasyonun tutuculuğu açısından sorunlarla karşılaşılmaktadır. Oklüzo-gingival boyu yetersiz dişler, karşılıklı paralel duvarların yüksekliğinin 2 mm.’den az olduğu dişler olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu tip durumlarda protetik açıdan yapılacak hazırlıklar protezin yerinden çıkmasına sebep olacak kuvvetlerin etkisini azaltmaya yönelik olmalıdır. Bu derlemede klinik kuron boyu kısa dişlerde restorasyonun tutuculuğunu arttırmak için alınması gereken önlemler anlatılmıştır.
