Financial crisis conjuncture (2007-2009) and anatomy of global trade

The economic crisis that has started in USA in 2007 and spanned over the world very quickly is exactly looks like a fire that started in a house and then spanned to the all district. The basic reason was the overpriced mortgage credits and some problems in the finance sector. The second reason might be specified as; the macro economical imbalances of USA, the systematic structure and the damping game that Chinese government implemented on USA etc. In the globalize world, the economic crisis first affects the international trade, because international trade is one of the most important stages of globalization. With the last economical crises total world international trade decreased more than %10. Most of the countries faced serious international trade deficit. It has been required to implement may different cautions in many areas. The global economic crisis management is a problem itself and each country specified its own crises management. Returning back to mercantilism or new mercantilism arguments started to accelerate.
