Bu çalışmada, Erzurum ve Erzincan illerinde tarla arazilerinin kıymetleri ile bu kıymetlere etki ettiği düşünülen çeşitli faktörler arasındaki ilişkiler istatistiki olarak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla araştırma yöresindeki 120 tarla arazisinden anket yöntemi ile 1995 yılma ait veriler toplanmıştır. Tarla arazisinin kıymetini etkilediği düşünülen faktörlerden yola uzaklık, il veya ilçe merkezine uzaklık, estetik durum, eğim, parça sayısı ve tarlanın şekli dikkate, alınarak analizler yapılmıştır. Erzurum ili için, estetik durum ve eğim sulu ve toplam arazi için, tarlanın şekli de kıraç arazi için, yapılan t testi sonucunda önemli bulunmuştur. Erzincan ili için, estetik durum, parça sayısı ve tarlanın şekli sulu ve toplam arazi içinpne'mli bulunmuştur. Erzincan ilinde kıraç arazilerde kullanılan değişkenlerden hiçbiri istatistiki olarak önemlİDuluKmamıştır.

The objective of this study is to determine the factors effecting the value of crop lands in Erzurum and Erzincan provinces. To do this, the data of 120 crop lands were collected in 1995 by surveying. Factors effecting the value of crop lands are proposed to be distance to main road, distance to town or city center, esthetic condition, slope, number of pieces and shape of land. A Statistical analysis is used to find the impacts of the variables mentioned above on the rate of crop lands appreciation. The esthetic condition and the slope for irrigated and total crop lands, the shape of land for dry crop lands in Erzurum were found statistically significant. The Esthetic condition, the number of pieces and the shape of land for irrigated and total crop lands in Erzincan were found statistically significant. None of the variables for dry crop lands in Erzincan were found statistically significant.
