Sıcaklık stresi oluşturulan broylerlerde yeme ilave edilen antibakteriyal etkili bitki ekstraktının bazı hormon seviyeleri üzerine etkileri

Çalışmada, sıcaklık stresi oluşturulan broylerlerde yeme ilave edilen antibakteriyel etkili bitki ekstraktının bazı hormon seviyeleri üzerine etkilerini belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Araştırmada 80 adet broyler civciv kullanıldı. Hayvanlar, kontrol (K), bitki ekstraktı (B), stres (S) ve stres + bitki ekstraktı (SB) olmak üzere dört gruba ayrıldı. Stres gruplarına 15 gün süreyle sıcaklık stresi(38-$39^circ$) uygulandı. Bitki ekstraktı uygulamasına ise sıcaklık stresi uygulamasının bitiminden itibaren 15 gün daha devam edildi. The effects of Plant extract with an Antibacterial effect on some hormone levels in heat- stressed broilers

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of plant extract on some hormone levels in heat–stressed broilers. Eighty broiler chicks were used in the experiment.
