Öz Erzurum Kongresi, 23 Temmuz-7 Agustos 1919 tarihlerinde toplanmıştır. Kongre, Anadolu'daki Enneni ve Rum isteklerine karşı, Türk vatanının bütünlügünü korumak, milli hakları savunmak için toplanmıştır.Trabzon Vilayetinden 14 delege Erzurum Kongresi'ne katılmıştır. Bu delegelerden 2 kişi Rize dendir (Hakkı ve Necati Beyler)Erzurum Kongresi'nden milli konular göıi!şü!Urken Rizeli delegeler söz almış ve yapılan seçimlere adayolmuşlardır. Erzurum Kongresi kararlarında Rizeli delegeler de etkin rol oynamışlardı. ABSTRACTThe congress of Erzurum was constructed between 23 July-7 August in 19i 9. The aim ofthe congress was to protect the unity of Turkish matherland and struggle for national rights against demand ofthe Armenians and Greeks in AnataHa.14 delegates have joincd to the congress of Erzurum from Trabzon Vilayets.
