Öz ÖZETMütareke döneminde (1918-i 922) İstanbul'da, Ermenilerin sevkinde görevalanları ve bu esnada Ermenilere karşı yapıldı!!;ı iddia olunan "zulümleri" araştırmak ve bu konuda "suçlu" olanları yargılamak amacıyla, işgal kuvvetleri tarafından Divan-ı Harb-i Örfi mahkemeleri kurdurulmuştur. Fakat İstanbul'daki mütareke hükümetleri, çeşitli sebeplerle bu mahkemelerin yapısında, yargılama biçiminde ve teşkilatında sık sık değişiklikler yapmıştır. Bu kapsamda en fazla de!!;işiklik de mahkeme heyetinde olmuştur. Neredeyse her hükümet değişikliğinde mahkeme heyeti de yenilenmiştir. Bu durum, bazı kaynaklarda söz konusu mahkeme reisIerinin isimlerinin karıştırılmasına yol açmıştır. Bunlar, farklı tarihlerde mahkeme reisliği görevlerinde bulunmuş olan Mustafa Nazım Paşa ve (Nemrut-Kilrt)Mustafa Paşa'dır. Bu çalışmada, söz konusu paşaların reislik görevlerine getiriliş ve ayrılış tarihleri ile hangi davalara baktıkları ele alınmıştır.ABSTRACTThe Martial eourt, which functioned during Armenian sending İn the period ofarmistice (1918-J922) so as to investigate cruelty cases alleged to be treated towards the Armenian during sending process were founded in İstanbul by the A1Ies.
