Psikolojik sermayenin performans üzerindeki etkisinde iş aile yayılımı ve psikolojik iyi oluşun etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı, psikolojik sermayenin performans üzerindeki etkisinde iş aile yayılımı ve psikolojik iyi oluşun rolünü belirlemektir. Araştırmaya Tokatta görev yapan akademisyen, doktor, hemşire, polis ve bankacı olmak üzere toplam 361 işgören dahil edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre bireyin sahip olduğu psikolojik sermaye performansı önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca bu etkinin iş aile yayılımı boyutlarından pozitif ve negatif iş-aile yayılımının ve psikolojik iyi oluşun aracılık etkisi ile arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçların hem literatüre hem de uygulayıcılara fayda sağladığı düşünülmektedir.

The role of work family spillover and psychological well-being on the effect of psychological capital on performance

The aim of this study is to determine the role of work family spillover and psychological well-being on the effect of psychological capital on performance. The data is collected from 361 employees. The employees work as academician, doctor, nurse, police or bank employee in Tokat. The structural equation model is used to analyze data. According to the results of this study psychological capital of individual affects performance significantly. Moreover it is determined that this effect is increased by the effect of positive and negative work-family spillover and psychological well-being. In this study it is thought to make contribution on literature and practitioners.
