Küresel Üstünlük Mücadelesi ve Çin’in Yükselişi: Muhayyilenin Ontolojik Sınırları / Struggle for Global Supremacy and the Rise of China: Ontological Limits of Imagination

Özet: Son otuz yıl içinde ve bilhassa son on yıl boyunca, daha önce hiç görülmemiş birhızla yükselişini sürdüren Çin'in, bu yükselişiyle Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde yenidenşekillenen uluslararası sistemi nasıl etkileyeceği en çok merak edilen ve konuşulankonuların başında gelmektedir. Bu merakı giderebilmek için öncelikle uluslararasısistem içerisinde daha önce meydana gelen yükselişlerin beraberinde getirdiği etkileriaraştırmak ve sonrasında da mevcut sistemin yapısını inceleyerek Çin'in bu sisteme nasılalternatif yaklaşımlar sergileyeceğini belirlemek gerekecektir.Bu çalışma, bir taraftan Çin'in sıra dışı yükselişini inceleyip, diğer büyük güçlerinyükselişi ile kıyaslarken; diğer taraftan da şimdiye kadarki büyük güçlerin sosyal vekültürel açıdan dünya toplumlarını nasıl etkilediğini anlatarak Çin'in en güçlü devletolması durumunda nasıl bir etki oluşturacağını araştırmaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Çin, ABD, Uluslararası Sistem, Süper güç.Abstract: The issue of the unprecedented rise of China, and how this rising will affectthe re-shaping international system in the post-Cold War era, is one of the most interestedand spoken issues in the last three decades, in particular during the last decade. First,the rising processes and impacts of uptrends of the previous great powers have to beinvestigated for understanding this issue. Subsequently, by examining the structure ofthe existing system, it has to be designated that what kind of alternative approaches willChina put forward against the present system.This work analyses the China's extraordinary rise, compares with the rises of theother great powers on one hand; explains how great powers have affected the worldsocieties in history and investigates the probable impacts of China and Chinese cultureon the other nations in case of the most powerful state on the other hand.Keywords: China, USA, International System, Super Power.
