Turk Teali Comitte was founded in Istanbul in 8 July 1919 and the majority of the founders and the president were soldiers originally. The committee wanted to develop Turkish Nation. The aim of the Comittee was to realize the developing of Turkish Nation from the point of view of religion, education, trade, morals, agriculture and industries. It was a political committee and there was no relation other committees. But according to Istanbul press, it was the part of Hürriyet ve îtilaf Party during the later term. It became imminent with Ila-yi Vatan Committee agains National Struggle in Anatolia and showed activity out of its early aims. Thes proximity increased by replacing some members and the president of Turk Teali Cemiyeti, doing chairmanship Rasim Bey the second president of Ila-yı Vatan Cemiyeti to Turk Teali Cemiyeti by proxy and being member of some members of Turk Teali Cemiyeti to Ila-yı Vatan. But Saffet Hoca the second president of Turk Teali Cemiyeti, stated that there was no proximity between Turk Teali Cemiyet and Hürriyet ve itilaf Party. In this state, it can be considered that the first and the second president of the committee had two diffrent consideration and two different aims.
