Transfer, oyuncunun, oynadığı karakterin duygusunu kendi içinde harekete geçirmek için, oyunun verili koşullarını kendi yaşamına tercüme etmesi, oyundaki koşulların kendi yaşamındaki karşılıklarını bularak bu koşulları kişiselleştirmesine veya oyundaki koşulları, kendisi için duygusal uyarım gücü daha çok olan imgesel koşullarla yer değiştirmesine dayalı bir oyunculuk tekniğidir. TRANSFER AS AN ACTING TECHNIQUE
