Geriatrik Hemodiyaliz Hastalarında Diyabet Varlığının Trombosit İndekslerine Etkisi
Çalışmamızda trombosit indekslerinin diyabetik ve diyabetik olmayan geriatrik hemodiyaliz hastalarında karşılaştırılması amaçlandı.Çalışmaya 42 diyabetik 20 erkek, 22 kadın; ortalama yaş: 71,2±5,5 55 diyabetik olmayan 30 erkek, 25 kadın ortalama yaş:72,1±4,6 geriatrik hemodiyaliz hastası alındı. Tam kan sayımı için EDTA'lı tüplere 2ml venöz kan örneği alındı ve trombosit indeksleri [Ortalama Trombosit Hacmi OTH , Trombosit Dağılım Genişliği TDG ] otomatize kan sayım cihazında çalışıldı. The Effect of the Presence of Diabetes to Platelet Indices in Geriatric Hemodialysis Patients
This study was aimed at evaluating platelet indices in diabetic versus non-diabetic geriatric hemodialysis patients. This study included 42 geriatric hemodialysis patients with DM 20 men, 22 women; mean age 71,2±5,5 and 55 non-DM 30 men, 25 women; mean age 72,1±4,6 from the hospital.
