Literatürde şimdiye kadar tiroid folliküler karsi-nomunun soliter kosta metastazının bildirilmemiş olması ilginçtir.

After a chest wall resection and reconstruction, the diagnosis was folliculer carcinoma of the thyroid gland. This case has been presented with clinic, radiographic and pathologic feature in association with treatment method. It is very interesting thai so far no solitary rib metastasized of the thyroid folliculer carcinoma was notified.
