Submaksimal egzersizin trombosit fonksiyonları üzerine etkisi

Sağlıklı yaşamın sürdürülmesi ve çeşitli hasta¬lıklardan korunma amacıyla, çeşitli egzersiz prog¬ramlarının yaygın olarak önerilmesi, farklı süre ve şiddetlideki egzersizin fizyolojik parametreler üze¬rindeki etkilerini önemli kılmaktadır. Sunulan çalışmada, sağlıklı genç bireylerde submaksimal şiddette egzersizin, kan hücre sayıla¬rı, hematokrit ve trombosit fonksiyonları üzerine et¬kilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bisiklet ergometresinde, % 75 VO2 max şiddet- tinde 15 dakika süren egzersiz ile-, eritrosit sayısı ve hematokrit değerlerinin değişmediği saptandı. Lökosit sayısında önemli bir artış oldu (p

Submaximal exercise and platelet functions

Several 'exercise programs are widely proposed to drive a healthy life and avoid of several patholo¬gies. So the effects of physical exercise on physiolo¬gical parameters are considered to be important. In the presented study, it was aimed to investi¬gate the effect of submaximal exercise on blood cell counts, hematocrit and platelet functions. It was found that erythrocyte count and hema¬tocrit were not altered by 15 minutes of cycle exer¬cise with a load corresponding to 75% of VO2max. Leucocyte count increased significantly (p
