LENFANJİOMA Mediastinal ve mediastinal-splenik yerleşimli iki lenfanjioma olgusu

Lenfanjioma, nadir görülen olgulardır. Cerrahi teda-visini yaptığımız lenfangiomalı iki olgu literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur. Olgu l: 58 yaşında kadir hastada, sol hemitoraksta mediastene yakın subklavyen arter komşuluğunda bir santimetre çaplı nodul saptandı. Sol torakotomi ile kitle çıkarılmıştır. Olgu II: 47 yaşında kadın hastada sol hemitoraksta parakardiak 6 cm çapında kitle ve dalakta kistik lezyon saptandı. Sol torakotomi ile kitle eksize edildi, frenoto-mi yoluyla splenektomi yapıldı Her iki olgunun toraks içersindeki kitleleri ve splenektomi materyalinin histopatolojik inceleme sonucu, lenfanjioma olarak değerlendirildi.

Lenfangioma

Lymphangioma is a rare clinic entity. Two lymphangioma cases that we treated surgically have been presented with literatüre. Case I: The patient was a 58 years old-woman, it was determined as nodul about one centimeter of diameter in the left hemithorax near mediastinum with the neighbourhood of subclavian artery. it was excised wiht left thoracotomy. Case II: The case was also a woman, with the age of 47 years. The examinations, were reflected that in the left hemithorax a paracardiac located ınass with a diameter of 6 centimeter and in the spleen, a cystic lesion were observed. The masses were removed, intrathoracic öne with left thoracotomy and the other one underwent splenectomy through phrenotomy. in both cases, lesions in the thorax and splenectomy ınaterial were diagnosed as lymphangioma.
