Bir churg-strauss sendromu olgusu

Churg-Strauss sendromu (CSS) astına ile ilişkili olan ve çeşitli sistemleri tutan bir hastalıktır. Olgularda farklı bulguların gözlenmesi tanıda güçlük oluşturmaktadır. Burada kliniğimizde allerjlk astma ve rinit tanısı ile takip edilmekte olan ve akut pulmoner enfeksiyonu düşündüren klinik ve radyolojik bulgularla başvuran, dolayısı ile tanıda başlangıç aşamasında güçlük oluşturan, ancak daha sonra yapılan ileri incelemelerle CSS tanısı konulan bir olgu sunulmuştur.

Churg-strauss syndrome

Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) is a disease associated with asthma and involves mu l tiple organs. Observation of different signs in the subjects ınakes the diagnosis difficult. Herein, a case, followed by the diagnoses of allergic rhinitis and asthma in our clinic for 5 years, admitting with the clinical and radiological signs sug-gestive of an acute pulmonary infection thereby lead-ing to a difficulty in diagnosis in inital evaluation but diagnosed as CSS subseguently after further extensive evaluation, is presented.
