Bowen hastalığı: Sekiz olgu sunumu ve literatürün gözden geçirilmesi

Bu yazıda, vücudun değişik yerlerinde Bowen hastalığına sahip sekiz olguya ait bulgular ve uygu¬lanan tedavi sunulmuştur. Olguların altısı 60 yaşın üzerindeki hastalar idi. İntraepitelyal yassı hücreli karsinom olarak da adlandırılan Bowen hastalığında tedavinin esası tam kat deri eksizyonudur. Eksizyo-nu takiben oluşan defekt, kozmetik öneme sahip bölgelerde lokal fleplerle onarı/malıdır. İkinci seçe¬nek tam kalınlıkta deri grefti olabilir.

Bowen's disease: A report of eight cases and review of the literature

In this paper, the clinical findings and applied treatments of eight patients with Bowen's disease on various parts of their body were presented. Five pa¬tients were above 60 years-old. The essential treat¬ment of Bowen's disease, so-called intraepithelial squamous carcinoma, is full-thickness excision of the lesion. After the excision of the lesion, the defect should be repaired with the local flaps in places where cosmetic result is important. The second cho¬ice may be the full-thickness skin graft.
