Bilateral intratestikuler varikosel
Intratesticular varicocele (ITV) is described as dilated intratesticular veins radiating from the mediastinum testis into the testicular parenchyma. It is a very rare entity and a limited number of cases have been reported previously. It should be considered in the differantial diagnosis of intratesticular cyst, neoplasm, hematoma and focal infection especially localized at the left side. In this paper, we report a case of 22 years old man who presented with scrotal pain and mass and after scrotal color doppler ultrasonography diagnosed as bilateral intratesticular varicocele.
