Ailevi Akdeniz ateşi ve poliarteritis nodosanın nadir komplikasyonu spontan perirenal hematom

Burada, ailevi Akdeniz ateşi (FMF) ve poliarteritis nodosa (PAN) hastalığı olan, spontan subkapsüler ve perirenal hematom gelişen 23 yaşındaki erkek hastayı sunuyoruz. Spontan perirenal hematom poliarteritis nodosanın nadir fakat ciddi bir komplikasyonudur. Kanamanın durdurulması için hastaya parsiyel nefrektomi yapılmış ve sonrasında siklofosfamid, prednisolon, kolsişin ile tedavi uygulanmıştır.

Spontaneous perirenal hematoma as a rare complication of familial Mediterranean fever and polyarteritis nodosa

In this report, we present a 23-year-old patient with familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) and polyarteritis nodosa (PAN), who developed spontaneous subcapsular perirenal haematoma (SPH). It is an unusual but serious complication of polyarteritis nodosa (PAN). He underwent partially nefrectomy to stopped the bleeding and than treated with cyclophosphamide, prednisolone, cochicine.
