Dene y sonuçları zaman, sıcaklık, sülfürik asit konsantrasyonu gibi reaksiyon şartlarına bağlı olduğunda n bu faktörler deney süresince sabit tutulmalıdır ve her numun e serisi için yeni bir kalibrasyon eğrisi çizilmelidir.
