Gıd a ambalajı olarak kullanılan PV C plastiklerine plastifiyan olarak katılan ftalatların, bu malzemelerde tayini için bir yöntem geliş- tirilmiştir. PV C plastiklerindeki ftalat esterlerinin mikta r tayinlerinde, gaz kromatografisi elektron yakalama dedektörü ile duyarlı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Türkiye'de üretilen bazı PV C gıda ambalaj malzemelerinin ftalat içerikleri geliştirilen bu yönte m uygulanara k araştırılmıştır. Sonuçlar (% 0.8- % 6.4) konulan sınırların altında saptanmıştır

A metho d is described for the identification of phthalat e plasticizers commonl y used in PV C plastic materials used in food packaging. A very sensitive result for the determination of phthalat e esters in P V C compound s was obtained by using a gas chromatography with electron captur e detector. T h e content of phthalate s in some PV C containers manufac - tured in Turke y were investigated by the application of the metho d developed. Th e results (% 0.8- % 6.4) were found unde r the tolerance limits.
