Koruyucu Diş Hekimliği Hizmetlerine Genel Bir Bakış

Koruma, diş hekimliğinde ‘minimum müdahele’ konseptinin temelidir. Bu konsept diş çürüğünü önlemeyi, mümkünse durdurmayı ve risk faktörlerini değiştirerek tekrarlamasını önlemeye çalışmayı içerir. Derlememizde, bu bağlamda diş hekimliğindeki koruyucu yaklaşımlar mevcut literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.

An Overview of Preventive Dental Services

AbstractPrevention is the basis of ‘minimal intervention’ concept in dentistry. This concept involves preventingfrom and intercepting dental caries where possible and trying to avoid relapses by modifying the riskfactors. In this connection, the preventive approach in dentistry is discussed in our review within thelight of current literature.
