El, Ayak ve Ağız Hastalığı: Olgu Sunumu

El, ayak ve ağız hastalığı infant ve çocuklarda sık görülen bir viral enfeksiyondur. Bu hastalar sıklıkla birinci basamak sağlık kurumlarına başvururlar. Bu hastalığa tanı koyup, takip ve tedavisini birinci basamakta yönetebildiğimiz zaman aileleri gereksiz stresten, zaman kaybından, ikinci ve üçüncü basamak sağlık kurumlarını da gereksiz muayenelerden kurtarırız. Birinci basamak sağlık kurumlarında tedavi edilebilecek bir hastalığın tanınması için bu olguyu sunmak istedik

Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease: A case-report

Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is a viral infection commonly seen in infants and children. These patients frequently apply to primary care services. If we can diagnose it in primary care services, parents will get rid of stress and there will be no time and financial losses due to unnecessary applications to secondary and tertiary health care services. HFMD can be treated in primary health care services if we have enough knowledge about it, this is why we wanted to present this case
