The effects of cypermethrin (A synthetic pyrethroid) on GOT, GPT and LDH activities of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

Cypermethrin sentetik piretroitinin subletal dozlarının gökkuşağı alabalıklarının bazı kan biyokimyası parametreleri (GOT glutamik oxaloasetik transaminaz, GPT Aspartat aminotransferaz ve LDH laktat dehidrogenaz) üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla balıklar pestisitin üç farklı dozuna maruz bırakılmışlardır. 15 gün sonra LDH ve GPT yükselirken GOT' da dozlara bağlı olarak düşüşler belirlenmiştir.

Fish were exposed to three different sublethal dose, in order to determine the effect of Cypermethrin on some biochemical parameters (GOT glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, GPT aspartate aminotransferase and LDH lactate dehydrogenase), of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). After 15 days exposure, LDH and GPT increased while GOT decreased owing to doses of synthetic pyrethroid, compared with control group.
