Ergenlerin ruhsal durumları ve anne baba tutumları ile bağlanma stilleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Amaç: Bu çalışma, ergenlerin ruhsal durumları ile bağlanma stilleri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması ve anne-baba tutumlarının bağlanma stillerine etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapılmış, tanımlayıcı tipte bir araştırmadır. Yöntem: İzmir Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’nden gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra anne-babaları tarafından araştırmaya katılımı onaylanan ve araştırmayı sürdürecek düzeyde ruhsal iyilik düzeyine sahip olan 11-15 yaşları arasındaki 384 ergen ile yüz yüze görüşülerek sosyodemografik özelliklerinin yer aldığı değerlendirme formu, Güçler ve Güçlükler Anketi, İlişki Ölçekleri Anketinden oluşan ergen formu, ergenlerin anne-babalarına ise erişkine ait Sosyodemografik Veri Formu ile Aile Hayatı ve Çocuk Yetiştirme Tutumu Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştır-ma sonunda güvenli bağlanma ile duygusal belirti, dikkat eksikliği ve aşırı hareketlilik, akran sorunları, sosyal davranışlar, toplam güçlük puanı ile olumsuz yönde; korkulu bağlanma ile duygusal belirti ve toplam güçlük puanı ile olumlu yönde; saplantılı bağlanma ile duygusal belirti, dikkat eksikliği ve aşırı hareketlilik, sosyal davranışlar, toplam güçlük puanı ile olumlu yönde bağıntı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca İlişki Ölçekleri Anketinin korkulu bağlanma alt boyutu ile Aile Hayatı ve Çocuk Yetiştirme Tutumu Ölçeğinin baskı ve disiplin alt boyutu arasında pozitif yönde; saplantılı bağlanma alt boyutunda aşırı annelik ve demokratik tutum alt ölçekleri ile olumsuz yönde bağıntı saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda bağlanma sorunları saptanmış olan ergenlere ve ailelerine yapılandırılmış, destekleyici, tedavi edici bir ruhsal destek programının verilmesi yararlı olabilir düşüncesindeyiz.
