KAHKAHA TERAPİSİ VE SAĞLIK ALANINDA KULLANIM ÖRNEKLERİ

Öz ÖZETKahkaha terapisi adını gülme, gevşeme ve nefes egzersizlerinin birleşmesinden alan nefes teknikleri ve koşulsuz kahkahadan oluşan egzersizlerdir. Kahkaha terapisinin kanser, yaşlılık, diyabet, kadın sağlığı gibi alanlarda gerek tedaviye bağlı semptomların azaltılması gerek mevcut durumun iyileştirilmesinde ön plana çıkan bir hemşirelik girişimi olduğu görülmektedir. Dünya çapında giderek yaygınlaşan ve etkileri kanıtlanan bir girişim olan kahkaha terapisinin ülkemizdeki hasta popülasyonunda kullanımına ilişkin literatüre ulaşılamamıştır. Bu derleme makale ile kahkaha terapisinin vücutta gösterdiği etkileri, hangi alanlarda kullanıldığı, elde edilen sonuçları ve özellikle kanser alanında kullanımı anlatılmak istenmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: kahkaha terapisi; kanser; hemşirelik.ABSTRACTLaughter Therapy and Examples of Use In HealthLaughter therapy is a combination of field breathing techniques and unconditional laughter from the combination of laughing, relaxation and breathing exercises. Laughter therapy seems to be a prominent nursing intervention in areas such as cancer, aging, diabetes, women's health. It is used for reducing treatment-relates symptoms and improving the current situation. Laughter therapy is a nursing intervention which increasingly widespread worldwide with proven effects. It could not be reached to any literature about the use of laughter therapy on the patient population in our country.  This review article is aimed to explain the effects of laughter therapy that have shown in the body, the which areas/fields that laughter therapy is being used,  the results that is obtained, and the use of laughter therapy especially in the field of cancer.Keywords: laughter therapy; cancer; nursing.
