PEYGAMBERLER ARASINDA ÜSTÜNLÜK MESELESİ

Allah’ın insanlara doğru yolunu göstermek için peygamberler gönderdiği tarihen sabittir. İslam Dini peygamberlere inanmayı, iman esasları arasında saymıştır. Kur’an’da bazı peygamberlerin kıssalarından ve onların mücadelelerinden bahsedilmektedir. Yüce Allah, peygamberlerin bazılarına diğerlerinden daha fazla nitelikler verdiği için aralarında üstünlük farkı olduğunu açıklamıştır. Bu üstünlük farkı nübüvvet ve risalet yönünden değildir. Peygamberlerin kiminin kiminden üstün olması nübüvvet ve risalet bakımından olmayıp onlara verilen bazı mucizeler ve ilahi lütuflar bakımındandır.

THE SUBJECT-MATTER OF SUPERIORITY AMONGST THE PROPHETS

It is a historical fact that Allah has sent many prophets to guide the mankind to the right path. Islam has considered the belief of prophets in its principles of the creed. QurÕan has cited of the stories of the prophets as well as of their struggles with their peoples in this respect. The Almighty God has explained in the QurÕan that there are some superiority among the prophets in respect of their qualities above each other. This distinction in superiority does not come from the prophecy.In addition, Allah has insisted on Muslims not to distinct any superiority among them. For Islam this superiority amongst the prophets comes from their miracles and other divine graces, not derived from their prophecies.
