Azotlu gübrelerin turp bitkisinde (Raphanus sativus L.) bazı ürün ölçütleri ve koflaşma ile nitrat birikimi üzerine etkisi

Toprağa 10 ve 20 kg/da düzeylerinde uygulanan Amonyum Sülfat, Amonyum Nitrat ve Öre gübrelerinin turp bitkisinde toplam ürün (yaprak + yumru) miktarı, tepe-kök oranı, belirli çaplarda katagorize edilmiş yumru miktarı ve sayısı, yumruda koflaşma, toplam N ve $NO_3$ içerikleri üzerine etkileri önemli bulunmuştur. Azotlu gübreler yumru miktarını, toplam azot ve $NO_3$ içeriklerini artırırken yumruda kofiaşmayı azaltmıştır. Yüksek azot uygulama düzeyinde ürün miktarı azalmış $NO_3$ içeriği ve $NO_3$ fraksiyonu oranı artmıştır. Turp bitkisi daha büyük yumru çapı ve ürün miktarı, daha az koflaşma ve $NO_3$ birikimi yönünden Amonyum Sülfat gübresine daha iyi tepki vermiştir.

Effect of nitrogenous fertilizers on the some quality parameters, pithiness and nitrate accumulation in radish (Raphanus sativus L.)

The effects of the application of Ammonium Sulphate, Ammonium Nitrate and Urea fertilizers to greenhouse soil at 10 and 20 kg/da Nitrogen level on total yield (leaf + tuber), top and root rate, categorised tuber in a given radius, pithiness in tuber, total N and $NO_3$ contents in radish plant were found to be important. While pithiness in tuber decreasing, tuber yield total N and $NO_3$ contents were increased by me applications of nitrogenous fertilizers. Total Radish yield was decreased and $NO_3$ content increased at higher nitrogen application level. Radish plant has relatively better responded to Ammonium Sulphate fertilizer in view of the yield, pithiness and $NO_3$ accumulation.
